 Let's not forget the special occasions that happen in Japan every year regarding Sonic, like this one www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwSyvC… also how come there was a manga series made for Sonic back in the 90s? and let's not forget the best Sonic show of all time, Sonic X "not that I'm a fan of it myself, it's better than AOSTH and Underground in my book but I still prefer SatAM", Sonic X was and will always be the most updated Sonic cartoon graphically speaking, and it had 78 official episodes, plus the 2 unreleased pilot episodes, why would Japan bother with all that if they really didn't care for Sonic? I can't help but feel even if this was true it'll be a new thing, like Sonic's new games aren't appealing to Japan, if that's the case then I can't help but blame it on the western, they forced their tastes and opinions on how Sonic games should be silly and childish, no serious plots, no dark stories, no new ideas, no nothing, I don't mean to be rude towards Westerns but the fact I'm eastern we tend to like games with a major plot, we like to feel we achieved something by playing, we want a reason to keep playing to reveal more of the story, what's the point in playing the same level over and over with a different skin pasted on it and no story to follow?I'm not saying this is true or false, I could be wrong, maybe Sonic really ISN'T popular in Japan, and never was, I'm just asking for a proof, if anyone knows something that I don't know I'll be very thankful to be enlightened, thank you very much!My featured Artwork Here's a preview of some of my best art over the years.
